When work is pissing you off

I would prefer to have seen some actual proactive solutions such as how to tell the person to stop annoying you, when to tell them, what kind of language to use, etc. Are you easily annoyed? I know how weird that sounds; getting paid to watch youtube videos all day must be living the dream! All my family members were pretty quiet people. It is something you do to yourself, not something someone else does to you. So we do hurt quite a few other people without even realizing it.
